– The Government of Romania is not willing to make an effort, they use only small change of allocated funds from the EU and other countries to the Roma. In reality nothing happens, says Ciprian Necula, human rights activist, journalist and political analyst, who heads the organization KCMC, one of the major organizations in Romania working with rights for rooms.
– It has been arranged so many conferences and seminars on the situation of rooms in Romania. Nobody bothered any longer taking the conferences seriously, he says in an interview with the news agency NTB.
